Haas & Haas Attorneys was founded by brothers Michael Haas, Sr. and Nicholas "Mac" Haas in 1957. A few years later, Mac opened his own firm in Waveland, MS. After graduating from law school in 1984, Michael’s son, Michael Haas, Jr., joined the firm. In 2006, Michael Haas, Sr. passed away and his granddaughter, Caroline Haas, joined the firm in 2013.

For over six decades, Haas & Haas Attorneys has worked hard to provide a high level of legal expertise while also meeting our clients’ expectations of a small town law firm. This includes charging reasonable hourly rates, being available for a conference or phone call, and communicating with our clients regularly to keep them updated on any developments with their case.
